Letspeaky is an interactive, digital self-study and practice software application designed to help users practice their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in multiple languages through natural voice interactions and simulated conversational topics.

Letspeaky is a digital utility tool designed for personal language practice and self-study. It is not a formal educational institution, training school, academic curriculum, or licensed educational entity, and does not provide or recognize official academic credits, formal degrees, or professional certifications.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information to operate and improve our self-study tool:

• User Profile Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and secure password hashes. If you register or log in using third-party services (such as a Google account), we receive your basic public profile information (name, email, and profile picture url) as permitted by your provider's settings.
• Practice Progress & Statistics: To track your language practice history, we collect data regarding completed lessons, correct/incorrect answer statistics, active learning streaks, daily energy usage, selected practice voices, and preferred study modes.
• Audio & Microphone Inputs: For interactive speaking and pronunciation practice, the Service requests microphone access. Raw audio inputs from the microphone are processed strictly in real-time on your browser for pronunciation feedback or streamed securely via encrypted connections to trusted speech-to-text API partners solely for real-time translation and learning transcriptions. We do not record, store, harvest, or distribute any of your audio files or voice recordings on our servers.
• System Security & Essential Cookies: To prevent fraud, spam, or unauthorized access, our security systems may temporarily log basic server connection details. Additionally, we use essential technical cookies solely to maintain your secure login session and remember your language preferences.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is processed solely for the following purposes:

• To provision, operate, maintain, and secure your personal account and learning statistics.

Our Service is directed to a general audience. If you are under the age of 13, you are only permitted to register and use the Service with the consent, supervision, or account setup by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental consent. If we detect an invalid case of collecting children's data outside of parental control, we will immediately purge that information from our system.
