Letspeaky provides interactive digital self-study tools, pronunciation evaluations, and simulated voice conversation exercises in multiple languages (supporting over 24 languages).
The Service is a digital practice tool designed for personal linguistic exercise and self-study. Letspeaky is not an official academic curriculum, training school, formal educational institution, or licensed course provider, and does not award academic credits, professional degrees, or state-accredited diplomas.
We believe language practice should be accessible to everyone. You can access, learn, and unlock all active conversational topics and lesson steps completely free of charge. By consistently completing practice lessons, maintaining your daily learning streak, and utilizing your default daily energy reserves, you can progress without paying any costs.
To maintain our service infrastructure, the system displays third-party advertisements. We also have plans to provide an option to register for a Premium Membership to unlock advanced usage benefits, but this is completely voluntary.
To save your practice statistics, streak milestones, and custom voice configurations, you must register an account. You represent that all details you share are accurate. You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at support@Letspeaky.com.
Our Service integrates state-of-the-art machine learning, transcription, and generative artificial intelligence (AI) models to analyze spoken audio inputs and deliver conversational dialogues. All real-time speech evaluation and transcription are processed directly on your device for pronunciation feedback or streamed securely via encrypted connections to trusted speech-to-text API partners (such as Google Speech API) solely for real-time translation and learning transcriptions. We do not record, store, harvest, or distribute any of your raw voice or audio recordings on our servers.
You acknowledge that AI technologies are inherently subject to occasional errors, translation variances, pronunciation misinterpretations, or spelling slips. All feedback is provided for practice purposes "as is." We make no warranties regarding the factual or linguistic correctness of AI responses.
You agree to use the Service in a lawful and respectful manner. You shall not:
All original designs, UI graphics, interactive lesson structure, audio sprites, compiled vocabulary databases, and software source codes are the exclusive intellectual property of Letspeaky and its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the platform for self-study purposes only.
You can remove your account, linked email, learning history, and streak at any time by navigating to the Profile section in the mobile app or website and selecting "Delete Account". The system will automatically process this to remove most of your personal profile information. Please note that certain necessary data, such as transaction history and invoices (if any), will still be securely stored to comply with current legal and financial obligations.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion without prior notice if we detect learning data fraud, server attacks, or any violation of these Terms of Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Letspeaky and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the self-study software, including service downtime, lost study streaks, or speech recognition inaccuracies.
